For fans of Motorola devices, good news has come through today that it is looking more and more probable, that they will be developing a tablet for next year with the added benefit of 4G coming along for the ride. From recent indications and suggestions from Motorola‘s CEO it seems you may have a lot to look forward to.
In 2011, will see the Consumer Electronics Show, one of the largest trade shows to speak about, and it is here that we are likely to hear more detail. Along with up and coming phones in the pipeline, tablet devices have been talked about comprising of a 7-inch and a 10-inch version. As Paul Miller at Engadget reported, at the recent “Credit Suisse 2010 Technology Conference,” Motorola‘s own CEO “Sanjay Jha,” got up and during his keynote speech, announced that the company would be entering into the tablet space “in the near future.” He also went on to say that he can see both the 7-inch and 10-inch tablets as viable sizes.
Along with this fantastic news, the CEO has also announced that the tech world can expect to see the company pushing out 4G devices “early” next year, but this may be restricted only to 4G modems and hotspots.
