The India Independence Day 2015 celebrations on Aug 15 will begin with thousands enjoying many different events happening around the world.
This is a special day and is officially a National Holiday in India, and it is to celebrate its independence from the British Empire, which happened on in 1947 on August 15. People from around the world celebrate and businesses promote very hard on this day.
Over on ‘Event Next’ they mention British Airways giving a discount for outbound flights, and there will also be a special episode of The Voice in India.
On the 15th and 16th of August there will be special episodes of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 8, and these will highlight the Independence Day with “Made in India” theme.
