One such tip included in the infographic is to create content around the event and to share it on social media networks. For example, prior to the event you can do interviews with some of the speakers attending the event and share it on your company’s blog and social media accounts. Of course, get the speakers to share the content too and include any relevant hashtags in posts.

In addition, this infographic provides many tips from social media/PR experts. For example, Richard Aaron, President of BizBash says “We provide things at our events that people will want to take a picture in … we rent giant furniture, giant lounge chairs you have to climb into, and everyone wants to take their picture in the chairs.”
