Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Dinner recall March 2015

Kraft is recalling its Original flavor of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese Dinner because of a possibility of containing small pieces of metal.

Announcements were made on Kraft’s website as well as social media channel Twitter, letting customers know the Kraft Mac and Cheese recall took affect from March 17, 2015.

Around 242,000 cases of the Kraft Mac and Cheese foods have been removed from shelves because they may contain as said above small pieces of metal. The boxes in questioned recalled include the Original flavor of boxed dinner (7.25-oz), with the “Best When Used By” dates September 18, 2015 to October 11, 2015, and the code attached is “C2”, which refers to the exact production line where it was made.

These Kraft foods have been removed from shelves in Untied States, a few South American countries, Caribbean and Puerto Rico.

Here are the exact ones that are being recalled: Original flavor 7.25 oz box, Original flavor 3-pack box of those 7.25 oz boxes, Original flavor 4-pack shrink-wrap of those 7.25 oz boxes and Original flavor 5-pack shrink-wrap of those 7.25 oz boxes.
