The giraffe Facebook profile riddle is taking over the social network at the moment, users have to post a picture of a giraffe as their Facebook profile photo if they get the riddle wrong.
The giraffe Facebook riddle is “It’s 3am, the doorbell rings and you wake up. Unexpected visitors! It’s your parents and they are here for breakfast. You have strawberry jam, honey, wine, bread and cheese. What is the first thing you open?”
The answer is obvious but there is a load of Facebookers getting it totally wrong and that is why they have the giraffe profile photo.
If Facebook users get the giraffe riddle wrong they have to also post the following “I have to change my profile to a giraffe. I tried to answer a riddle and got it wrong. Try the giraffe challenge! The deal is I give you a riddle. You get it right you get to keep your profile pic. You get it wrong and you change your profile pic to a giraffe for the next 3 days.”
The message also gives you the riddle and what to do, if someone has this on their profile they have to message that person in their Facebook inbox and NOT on the post status wall, if you got it right you will get a message back, if you get it wrong you will be told and you have to post the status and change your profile pic to a giraffe.
