Kmart Thanksgiving Day sale brings less stress

As many of you are now aware, the shopping event of this year will begin next Friday 25th November, yep that’s it Black Friday 2011. In a quest to pick up an array of items at discounted prices, customers will be heading to stores early in their droves to get a piece of the action.

This year despite many retailers still opting to open their doors from midnight on the Thursday, there are some such as ToyRUs that will be opening early, in fact from 10 pm. WalMart and Amazon have already been enticing customers with pre-BF sales and it seems Kmart are no exception.

An ad from them has sprung up online, with the option for customers to purchase goods in their Thanksgiving Day deals from 6 am to 9 pm. Ok, so the deals may not be as good as the ones featured on Black Friday, but it will take some of the stress felt by customers as well as knowing that some of the items that you may want to get can be bought then as oppose to the Friday.

There are over 200 items to choose from including homeware, tools, video games, clothing and footwear, electronics, toys and so on. We had a look through the list and there are definitely savings to be had. Items that caught our eye are that of a Panasonic Viera P32C Series 42-inch HDTV for $399.99 from $479.99 and PS3’s Call of Duty Black Ops for $29.99 reduced from $59.99.

Tell us whether you would prefer to go shopping on Thanksgiving Day instead of Black Friday? What are you hoping to put in your trolley?
