One of the favorite and biggest selling franchises in the world of gaming is Call of Duty. Modern Warfare 2 brought fantastic gameplay for the campaign and also to the online gaming community; it was succeeded by the current CoD: Black Ops which got off to a bumpy start with server issues that frustrated many fans but now we have some exciting news for you all.

We all knew it was coming but the COD Modern Warfare 3 details have been leaked and released on Facebook which has left the Internet buzzing with excitement. We first saw this over on a Facebook post by Kotaku.com’s Brian Crecente where he says that the game is coming on November 8th 2011.

He has also revealed that the game will feature some mammoth battles in a number of cities around the world along with a few details of how the game starts out. It’s been revealed that the game kicks off from the end of Modern Warfare 2 and then proceeds to send you all over the world fighting battles. We are hearing that there will be around 15 missions starting with the Russian invasion from the end of MW2 and finishing up in Dubai. We would urge you to go and read the full article from the source on this link.

The thing we love about this whole situation is that social networks are becoming more and more involved in different types of leak from mobile phones all the way through to games. If we have seen MW3 on Facebook then millions all over the world have already too, thus the power of social networking.
