Mortal Kombat Legacy Episode 5: Watch It Here

May 10, 2022 | Tim Ollason

It’s that time of the week again, that’s right the latest episode of Mortal Kombat Legacy (episode 5) has been released and you can watch it here. Before you scroll down to the bottom of the article to catch up with what’s going on let’s just have a quick recap of what’s happened so far and what characters we have seen.

The first episode saw the characters Sonya Blade, Jax, Stryker and Kano. Sonya was captured and that was pretty much it for what happened in that episode. The second episode saw further developments in that line of the story where Sonya was captured by Kano and his men only for Jax to break in with his force to free her. Jax and Kano fight and both end up looking like they will get the enhancements that they have in the video games, Jax with his bionic arms and Kano with his terminator style eye.

The third episode in the series introduced a couple of new characters in Johnny Cage and at the very end Shang Tsung when he makes Cage an offer after he is screwed out of his television action hero TV career. We are still waiting to see what happens next with this part of the story.

The fourth episode saw a number of new characters joining the series along with the first animated scenes. We saw characters such as Baraka, Kitana, Sindel, Mileena and the Emperor of Outworld Shao Khan.

Episodes 4 and 5 are both strongly linked as they are part 1 and 2 of Kitana and Mileena’s story. The new one in the series kicks off with an awesome fight scene and then proceeds to tell us about how Kitana has come to realize that Shao Khan is in fact not her father and now we have to wait and see what she is going to do about her whole life being a lie. As always the video is embedded at the bottom of the article so go ahead and watch it. There’s a brief appearance of a Ninja but not the ones we want to see! Where are Scorpion and Subzero?!
