Today’s Google Doodle: Dedicated To The Royal Wedding

April 29, 2022 | Tim Ollason

The Google Doodles are appearing more and more these days, some of the ones that we have seen in recent times include Earth Day, Charlie Chaplin’s birthday, some hints at Android’s new operating system and also Robert Bensusan’s birthday. If you have missed any of our reports on the Google Doodles then you can view them all on this link.

We must now divert our attention over to today’s Google Doodle which sees the Google logo dedicated to the Royal Wedding. For anyone who watched it online or on your televisions you will undoubtedly join us in saying what an amazing few hours it has been for the young prince and his bride.

There was a lot of attention surrounding some of the celebrity guests that were in attendance, the ones that we spotted were Ian Thorpe the “Thorpedo” who’s an Aussie Olympic Swimmer, Tara Palmer-Tomkinson who is a close friend of the royal family and Mr.Football himself David Beckham with his pregnant wife Victoria.

Something that is being talked about a lot after the wedding has taken place is how beautiful and yet understated the blushing bride Kate Middleton looked and of course that’s no longer her name. The surname that she will now carry has been somewhat of a mystery but as told by her name will now be Kate (Catherine) Mountbatten-Windsor.

What do you think of today’s Google Doodle? Did you enjoy the Royal Wedding? What did you think of her dress? Tell us your thoughts in the comments section below.
