Lady Gaga Furious After Hackers Access Her Twitter Account

Here at OSM we often report on celebrities and sporting stars and their use of Twitter and Lady Gaga is no exception. Her use of Twitter is well known but today we hear that the singing superstar is furious after hackers managed to gain access to her Twitter account.

Just recently we told how she reached a milestone of 9 million Twitter followers for her birthday and how she approved a YouTube spoof of a Weird Al parody. We then told how Lady Gaga now has the top spot with the amount of Twitter followers she has. News of the hacking comes to us from Ann Lee over on Metro who tells how messages appeared on Lady Gaga’s account earlier today that were simply nothing to do with her.

The Spanish tweets referred to various things including links to YouTube sites, a Spanish horoscope account and also a message about fellow singer Shakira. The last tweet that came from Lady Gaga before the hacking said, “Gagavision no.44 coming 2morrow night, commemorating the last American MonsterBall. Hurts to write this. The stage is my home. #BornThisWay.” After the rogue tweets came to light Lady Gaga then tweeted angrily, “Whoever is hacking my Twitter must answer to 10 million monsters and Twitter police. #Don’tMakeMeCallTheApostles.” Lady Gaga has since reassured her fans that her Twitter service is now back to normal.

Are you a Lady Gaga fan and can you understand her fury at having her account hacked into, or maybe you think this is the price to pay for superstardom? Let us know with your comments.
