Facebook is fast becoming the platform that everybody wants to be a part of; you only have to look at the way the UFC has taken to showing their under-card on the social networking giant. Another massive company taking advantage is Warner Bros with their movie rentals.
Whist most visual entertainment that is currently hitting Facebook is either sports or movie related it left a massive opportunity for the rest of the world to get involved. As things stand there aren’t too many companies using Facebook to its full potential, which is why the MTV documentary about Facebook featuring a couple of employees in a diary format may have done well if it was shown on the social networking giant.
We first learned of this through an article published over on allfacebook.com by their author Jorge Cino where he informs us that the 30-minute special is scheduled to air this week. It is set to kick off at 11pm (eastern and pacific standard times) on Wednesday March 30th. It’s titled “Diary of Facebook” and it follows the lives of two young employees working for the giant social network.
Cino describes the video as showing the focus on hardships and opportunities that the guys face as well as some of the projects that they are working on.
