Facebook Delay X-Men Movie Trailer By 1 Day- “Like” To Watch

February 10, 2022 | Matt Tran

For those of you eagerly awaiting a first glimpse of the X-Men: First Class trailer, then you are going to have to hold on for another day as the movies official page has just left an update saying the trailer will be with you this time tomorrow.

Thousands of fans were expecting to get their first look at the summer blockbuster prequel on the official Facebook fan page; however for an unknown reason the trailer has been delayed for another day. The update was posted on Facebook at 9PM (UK time) and reads “Welcome page updated…..Trailer comes in 24 hours”. At least some still images have been released courtesy of Clever Movies, like the one below which is a shot of Magneto. The page is regularly being updated so to be honest, anything could happen between tonight and tomorrow.

Inside Movies has made it clear that Fox are specifically screening the debut trailer on Facebook in order to build up a social networking community around the film. Perhaps Fox wanted to wait another day for more users to join the fan page before giving everyone what they had been so desperately waiting for. We recently saw Assassin’s Creed doing a “like” to win prizes deal on Facebook, follow the link for more details.

The movie hits cinemas on June 3rd and is being tipped to be one of the stand out films of 2011. Are you disappointed with the delay of the First Class Movie Trailer? Let us know your thoughts and what you would like to see when it premiers tomorrow on Facebook.
