As with all purchases, it really comes down to personal preference and price. Here at OSM we wanted to give you a quick taster of each camera to help you make an informed decision. Firstly the one feature that all 4 cameras have in common is that they each have a 12.1 megapixel sensor, ability to shoot 1080p Full HD video aided with a DIGIC 4 Image Processor, 32 Smart Auto scenes and the introduction of HS System into the cameras, giving the image improved quality in low-light settings without having to use the flash.

Moving on to the first of our 4 line-up is that of the PowerShot SX230, incorporating a 14x optical zoom with the piece of mind that you will take a steady picture with the benefit of the optical image stabilization.. Also as Slashgear reported, the SX230 available in blue, red or black, will include wide-angle 28mm lens with 3-inch preview display, along with GPS giving you the exact location of where you took that important family pic. Priced at the higher end of the bracket at $349.99, the SX230 will be ready for launch at the end of March.
