Rio Ferdinand Tweets Praise For Arsenal’s Goalscorer Samir Nasri

No doubt plenty of you were tuned into last night’s third round of the FA cup with teams Arsenal vs Leeds United playing at Elland Road. With just five minutes into a possible nail biting game, Gunners “Samir Nasri scored the first goal. Subsequently afterwards, goals were scored from the reds Bacary Sagna and Robin Van Persie giving Arsenal a 3-1 win, now taking them on to play Huddlesfield on January 30 at their home ground the Emirates.

Nasri (23) was named man of the match and as Metro reported it has become apparent that this is becoming his best season with the side. Afterwards as the Canadian press reported, Nasri said, “We wanted to start really strongly. We scored after five minutes and tried to play our game even though the pitch was a little difficult. We want to win every competition and this cup is really important to us.”

During the match, centre back Manchester United footballer “Rio Ferdinand” turned to Twitter and tweeted throughout the game giving praise and admiration for the young Nasri. He said, “Nasri has maybe been player of the season so far tweeps, nice goal.” He then went on to say “As captain he (Nasri) has got to tell Song about his beard+hair colour combo..!”
