Previously we have brought you some news regarding it being just a matter of time until we have an iPhone running on the Verizon network and some further details surrounding the iPad 2 having the CDMA chips built into the device, but what about CDMA on the iPhone?
Well according to AppleInsider.com Apple are ‘slightly’ reducing the iPhone build plans, but the real question is, why would they be doing that? Surely they would want to be stepping these build plans up so that they are ready to manufacture this as we all know it will be coming at some point. Unless it is almost ready.
So what is Apple actually doing? Perhaps they are trying to put more time and effort into the new iPad which we believed would be coming out in February 2011. Surely they need to split their time 50:50 between the iPhone and iPad. That isn’t Apple’s style normally… Head on over to AppleInsider.com to read Neil Hughes’ article which tells a little more about why he thinks this is happening.
