Yesterday we reported that the new Facebook Profile Pages had gone live, a day earlier than planned, and earlier today we brought you more news on the popular social networking site, that of founder Mark Zuckerberg’s appearance on “60 Minutes.”
Now everybody has had a few hours to check out the new Facebook Profile design and get used to it we’re wondering what you all think of the new look? Brenna Ehrlich over on Mashable notes how much Facebook has altered over the last year, with additions such as Places and also the renewed Open Graph messaging system.
Whenever a major change comes along to something so big it always causes a major reaction and most people seem to love it or hate it but Mashable is presently conducting a survey to ask what people think of the new Facebook Profile design. The highest total so far of 29.5% goes to the most positive response, “I love it!” Another 16.36% of the votes have chosen the option, “There are aspects that I like,” and 15.36% have gone for, “It’s fine, but I like the old one better.”
Meanwhile 23.03% say “I really don’t care,” while 15.74% chose the option, “I hate it.” For more on this go to mashable.com. The results so far then are in favor of the new look but we’d like to know your views on this so please feel free to send us your comments.
