Twitter’s “Lewis Hamilton” Apologises For Offensive Tweet

With online social networking site “Twitter” growing in user numbers, so is the increase in celebrity names. Names such as racing driver Lewis Hamilton with some 53,000 fans. For some people, the site is used to announce news be it good or bad, keep fans up to date with concerts, events etc or to just have a good old rant, in this case the latter is just what Hamilton has been doing.

British Formula One racing driver known for his quiet unassuming character has hit back at Twitter fans saying that his “Writing style” had been slated. The Daily Mail has reported, to get back at fans, he tweeted, “To those of you who care, thanks for your support, am on here for you. To all you haters… I just don’t give a F-word haha.” Following on from this, he later apologised.

Hamilton’s tweet was taken off with a comment saying, “ Aight, to my young peeps I apologise for the language. Am not venting, I’m always chill. Was not aimed at u. God bless.” Whatever your feelings are towards the F1 driver, you cannot take away what he has achieved at his young age.
