Hulu Plus Announce Monthly Price Drop With Support Of Roku

Hulu Plus, an extension to the existing Hulu TV streaming service, has now not only reduced it’s monthly subscription cost to $7.99, but includes the support of Roku. For new customers they will benefit from a free one week trial before deciding to sign up. The service gives the advantage of watching shows as a series such as Glee, Modern Family, Desperate Housewives, Family Guy and The Office onto your devices and different platforms as oppose to just your Mac or PC browser.

As well as this, backdated shows such as X-Files, Law and Order, Ally McBeal and Buffy The Vampire Slayer can be viewed. Vlad at Engadget reported that the monthly subscription fee has been reduced from $9.99 down to $7.99, and for those of you who are already signed up, will now benefit from a refund on the difference which can be enjoyed when your next bill hits the mat. New customers will be able to enjoy Hulu Plus for a whole week for free.

CEO of Hulu “Jason Kilar” has commented by saying, “We’re proud to offer consumers the best of current TV on their terms. With Hulu Plus, it’s now possible to watch any episode from the current season of watercooler shows like Glee, Modern Family, 30 Rock and dozens more; whenever and wherever they want.”

To launch this new service with marketing campaigns, Hulu Plus has been lucky enough to have Bud Light, McDonald’s, Microsoft and Nissan on board.
