Those of you who play games on Facebook will be well aware of the valuable in game currency that helps you purchase various goods for your applications and games. Facebook credits are available to buy as gift vouchers in Target stores in the USA and some retailers are now offering them with purchases to sweeten the deal.

According to Mashable; Ifeelgoods an e-commerce promotions provider for online retailers, has integrated Facebook Credits into its shopping experience to act as an influence for customer’s purchases and other shopping-related behaviors.

Due to the massive amount of players on games such as Farmville, in which the points are spent; they may prove more valuable than club card points or coupons. Now that Facebook credits have come into play it should sway the customer’s should I shouldn’t I calamity when buying products? The retailers now have an extra edge over us; almost like a bribe.

Ifeelgoods will also grant retailers smaller amounts of Facebook Credits for e-mail newsletter sign-ups and social behaviors such as voting or Facebook shares. Earlier we became aware that Facebook has been discouraged by the Ryder Cup captains, so there will be no Farmville for their team for a little while.
