Social Media Roundup: Troubled Facebook, New MySpace

News moves fast in todays online world, which is why Jason Harris over on CMSWire has a roundup of all the weeks social networking news.

There are already articles on OSM about Foursquare reaching 100 million check-ins and the dissatisfaction of customers who use Facebook so follow the links to those articles.

In other news the Facebook Like button could soon be coming to mobile applications. This would mean whilst looking through an application for finding a restaurant, you could see places to eat that your friends have liked. This seems to be a handy feature, as long as you don’t mind Facebook knowing more of your private information.

MySpace announced that they will soon be providing their customers with a new user interface which includes a “vastly improved UI”, a focus on the activity stream, a whole new profile page and the ability to follow friends on other social networks such as Facebook and Twitter.
