iPhone for Verizon: Setback from AT&T’s chief financial officer

The beauty of analysts, they rarely make anything clearer, and most times add fuel to the fire. Who wants an iPhone for Verizon Wireless? Maybe you got excited at the recent news of a January 2011 release, but here comes another rumor that could be a setback.

This news comes from AT&T’s chief financial officer, according to Computer World, and one analyst, Timothy Horan. CW are reporting that AT&T’s chief financial officer said an iPhone would be unlikely” anytime before late 2011, which contradicts recent news from Bloomberg.
