iPhone 4 Lawsuit: Defect in Design

Both Apple and AT&T have been hit by a lawsuit by a number of disgruntled iPhone 4 owners over the current signal issue. We all know that if you hold your new fourth-generation iPhone in a certain way you will lose reception, due to its external antenna.

Stan Schroeder from Mashable explains that the lawsuit filed against Apple and AT&T states that the there is a defect in the design of the new iPhone 4. It also states that Apple has been deceptive and that they have concealed what they already knew.

This is certainly going to be a launch to forget – although we have to point out that other handsets have suffered similar issues in the past. Other iPhone users now wait to see the results of this lawsuit.

Do you think Apple and AT&T should be found guilty?
