Twitter offers details on LittleBigPlanet 2 For PS3

More details are beginning to come out about LittleBigPlanet 2 for the PS3; the latest was made available from the micro-blogging site Twitter. Musician Ochre went on his Twitter page to tell the world that his song, Infotain Me will be used in the sequel to the 2008 game.

Since the news broke, Ochre removed his tweet from his page, but IGN still has the image of it. We cannot be certain that this song will appear in LittleBigPlanet 2, but why would the musician want to lie about something like this?

The first LittleBigPlanet game that was launched in 2008 was not the best game for the Sony PS3, as it was not to everyone’s liking, but 3.21 million sales was still good enough to put it in 12th place on the PlayStation 3 charts.

The rumoured song that is to appear in the next game is upbeat, which needs to be for a game like this. IGN hopes that Ochre did not get into trouble for leaking this information on Twitter, he only has 45 followers, but that can lead into a snowball effect.

there is no reason to make a LBP 2…anyone who has played the game should realize that…they should just keep adding to the one they have now…and they gave this game away with pretty much every console sold and made their money with add on content…so of course its numbers are high/inflated…

on an average weekday there are around 3 - 4 thousand players online….and on a weekend about 10 thousand…which isn't very much in a muliplayer video game with that many sales…
