Eminem on Twitter: No Relapse 2

We mentioned a couple of weeks back that Eminem had some big news to tell his fans, we all assumed that this was to announce the launch of Relapse 2. However, the controversial rapper has taken to his Twitter page and tweeted “There is no Relapse 2.”

This is a huge bombshell to those who had hoped that Eminem was working on a new album. It was first thought that this album would be released at the end of 2009, but as this did not happen – fans assumed that they would see it very soon.

According to Icon vs. Icon, there is now speculation that the rapper is still working on a new album, but not a follow up Relapse. There is no more information as yet; Eminem’s record company has yet to offer an official statement.
