Lewis Kerr crash updates on Twitter by wife

Lewis Kerr the Newcastle Diamonds speedway racing rider is in an induced coma after having an horrific accident in Peterborough. Wife Jessie has taken to Lewis Kerr’s Twitter account to thank fans for their support and asks people to keep him in their thoughts and prayers.

At the moment there is no new update on Twitter of his condition, other than he is now in an induced coma after colliding with another rider.

25-year-old Lewis Kerry from Snettisham in Norfolk was airlifted to Addebrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge. Team manager George English said family are by his side and said the crash was not a good looking one and knew he needed major attention. See the full quote over on BBC.

His wife Jessie also said on his Twitter, she thanks everybody and the speedway world has been incredible.
