The Argos website as well as accompanying apps are down until around 8am this morning, and customers are not really happy.
Customers have started to complain on social media networks saying they were in the middle of buying products when Argos.co.uk went offline for improvements. A few Argos website users took to Is Down Right Now UK to have their say, one said it was a little strange seeing the website and apps down again considering it was offline last night.
Argos will be down until around 8am (GMT) this morning according to Argos’s official Twitter statement, even when you visit argos.co.uk you will see the tweet there, which says “We’re sorry for the inconvenience whilst we make improvements to our digital channels. We are aiming to be back by 8am.”
So they are making changes to its digital channels to make customers shopping experience a lot better. Customers can call the service team from 8am on 0345 640 2020, which is a little silly because that is when the website will be coming back online.
The website also went down last night, they even tweeted saying they were hoping to come back on around 10am, which they did. But they were also making improvements for your experience as well so why offline again?
