Twitter lit up yesterday just like the One Direction 2015 Singapore concert, over 30,000 screaming fans all decided they should break Twitter records with tweet interactions.
30,000 fans filled the stadium in Singapore and Twitter lit up with live interactions with the bad members. This was One Direction’s first concert in this country and to have live tweets happening was amazing.
Over 100,000 tweets hit Twitter yesterday from those in Singapore, each time a tweet was posted the hashtag #OTRASG ((On the Road Again – Singapore) was attached.
This was a massive record because it was the highest number of tweets that was related to the Singapore-based event.
Can the Central Election beat One Directions tweet record? Even when you look at Taylor Swifts concert held in Singapore on June 12, 2014 provided 73,000 tweets.
