British National Pie Week is all about finding the perfect place and it seems London is the most popular location to want to find pies. You could visit Jamie Oliver’s, Gordon Ramsey’s restaurant. The website Jus-Rol is a great location to be because they have a lot of information covering pastry blocks, shapes, sheets and cases. If you visit this website you can get your perfect pie menu, your very own free British Pie Week recipe book of many pies.
I personally love pie and mash the tradition London dish served with liquor (Parsley Sauce). The best places in London to get a decent pie include Cockneys Pie & Mash on 314 Portobello road W10 5RU.
My fave has to be when in London ‘Harringtons Pie and Mash Shop’, which has been there for years since I was a kid visiting was always a joy. Harringtons can be found on 3 Selkirk Road Tooting Broadway SW17 0ER.
