Update: The Jimmy Fallon Saved by the Bell video has now amassed 16,964,847 views. It is also trending in YouTube (United States) thanks to 5,000,000+ new local views.
Jimmy Fallon is a legend in his own right, bringing back what we never thought could be done. Yes he reinvented his own Saved by the Bell Bayside High cast reunion.
On The Tonight Show, Jimmy Fallon turned back the clocks to 1980 when he went to Bell Bayside, and one by one the Saved by the Bell cast acted their little piece. Pure brilliance Fallon, it was magical to watch something we all had in our hearts.
Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Tiffani-Amber Thiessen, Elizabeth Berkley and Mario Lopez joined Fallon memories.
The YouTube video below is 8 minutes and 11 seconds long and has already had 869,671, Fallon starts of in ‘The Tonight Show’ studio where he talks about going to high school, he actually remembers it like it was yesterday.
Thousands of people are taking to social media sharing the Saved by the Bell reunion video; this brings back memories of Zack Morris, Kelly Kapowski, A.C. Slater, Jessie Spano as well as Mr. Belding (Dennis Haskins). It was a shame not to see the full cast, this was not a complete reunion because both Lark Voorhies (Lisa Turtle) and Dustin Diamond (Screech) were not there. Screech was actually my favorite character, but obviously he couldn’t be there because he was allegedly stabbing a man in a bar and was arrested.
In the clip below Fallon talks about he is leaving Bayside High to become a comedian, and one day date Nicole Kidman and have his own Saturday Night Live show. Magical viewing at its best, well done to Fallon, team and the Saved by the Bell cast – wow.
It has become so popular the hashtag #SavedByTheBell is trending in Twitter right now, thousands are tweeting how much they loved the show. One tweeter said, “OMG, who didn’t like Saved by the Bell?”
