Valentine’s Day is all about sharing the love and showing how much you care for a loved one, that special person in your life, heart and soul. But even though there are thousands who do not like to share their affections with people other than the one they love, there are millions who do like to show public displays of affection (PDA).
As we all know Super Bowl 2015 between the Patriots and Seahawks is over now, this was one of the biggest games of the year. But moving on, the next big special social event of the year is Valentine’s Day.
Facebook IQ has decided to share its infographic titled ‘The Place for PDA on Valentine’s Day’ and it is rather interesting to see how many people love to share their love with a partner publicly on Facebook.
But we have to remember, Valentine’s Day is not just for married couples, boyfriend and girlfriends, it’s about relationships with friends as well. Facebook believes that love is declared for family, friends anyone that is held close, even pets – Basically it is a day for both singles and couples. The infographic description says, ‘On Valentine’s Day, Facebook is the place where we share that we love and are loved. It is where love extends beyond romance to encompass friends, family and all that we hold close.’
