The Hulu video library is down at the moment in the United States, the video streaming service available on gaming consoles such as PlayStation, Xbox etc, computers, as well as mobile devices and much more seems to be having issues.
When users visited Hulu.com they saw an on-screen message saying, “Sorry, currently our video library can only be watched from within the United States. Hulu is committed to making its content available worldwide. To do so, we must work through a number of legal and business issues, including obtaining international streaming rights. Know that we are working to make this happen and will continue to do so. Given the international background of the Hulu team, we have both a professional and personal interest in bringing Hulu to a global audience.”
After looking into this a little further over on Hulu_japan on Twitter, there are a few tweets letting its customers know of the issues occurring. No tweets are showing any issues on this Hulu Twitter account though.
The tweets showing up over on Hulu_japan shows ‘Notice of failure’, we had translate via Google so this is the best we can show.
“[Notice of failure] is currently temporarily symptoms it is difficult will have access to our site will have occurred. Thank Sorry, No we have multiplied the inconvenience you. On the investigation and response, we will contact you and chasing soon there is a progress. There is also likely to give me your time, but we ask that you please wait a while now.”
After searching through social media channels Hulu customers are not happy at all, some are saying they cannot log in, others are complaining that they Hulu is out on their Xbox and PlayStation.
