Andy Murray moves forward to play in the Australian Open 2015 semi-finals, after beating Nick Kyrgios out.
19-year-old Australian Nick Kyrgios lost to Andy Murray 6-3 7-6 (5), 6-3 in a quarterfinal match. This came as a shock to Kyrgios fans, especially after he beating Italian Andreas Seppi. Roger Federer lost to Seppi, which meant Kyrgios was on top form to beat a player that was ranked very well indeed.
Kyrgios did make a little comeback after being two sets down, in the fourth round is saved a match point beating Italian Andreas Seppi. So there was great hope the Australian would take Murray out.
But, Andy Murray was on top form and the Rod Laver Arena. Sixth-seeded Murray was doing really well with his own line of unforced errors. The crown was then silenced by his superb game.
