Michael Moore sniper Tweet angers Twitter users

Are snipers cowards? Twitter users are raging at the moment after Michael Moore took to his Twitter and said a sniper in WW2 killed his uncle. The tweet also said ‘Snipers aren’t heroes’. But since, Moore has taken to both Twitter and Facebook to defend what he said.

American Sniper movie directed by Clint Eastwood starring Bradley Cooper gained 6 Oscar nominations, and this weekend alone is amassed a huge $90.2 million at the Box Office, which beats all other January records.

People are now starting to question Michael Moore’s tweet, his first one said, “My uncle killed by sniper in WW2. We were taught snipers were cowards. Will shoot u in the back. Snipers aren’t heroes. And invaders r worse.”

But this tweet saw a lot of reaction from angry Twitter users; one user said Moore was way out of line of this tweet. But after reading the tweets Moore took to Twitter saying he did not tweet one word about American Sniper. But even though he defended himself on Twitter other users said they know what he was implying.

Moore also tweeted, in so many words if you are defending your house from invaders you are brave, not a sniper.
