The two gunmen suspected of killing 12 people in Paris who targeted Charlie Hebdo are surrounded by police in a standoff in Dammartin-en-Goële.
Police intercepted the two brothers where they took refuge in a CTF Creation Tendance Decouverte print works, which is near Charles de Gaulle airport. This all began when gunshots were heard in the little town, the police were than seen chasing a vehicle on the A2, which has led to the police/gunmen standoff.
Schools were evacuated and warned resident to stay inside as the men could be armed and dangerous.
Police and at least three helicopters are surrounding the area along with over 100 French security forces.
The chief suspects were named after the Charlie Hebdo attack as Said Kouachi and Brother Chérif, a third suspect was also been named as Mourad Hamyd but he turned himself in Wednesday after his name was heard to be linked to the massacre abc7 News.
French interior ministry spokesman Pierre-Henry Brandet said on Twitter the standoff could take hours if not days.
