When it comes to the content marketing strategy checklist for 2015 you will probably come up with a great list, one particular study looks into how UK marketers rate the effectiveness of their organisations’ use of content marketing.
How UK marketers rate the effectiveness of their organisations’ use of content marketing is rather interesting. 37% are neutral, 36% are effective, 18% not very effective, 6% very effective and only 3% not at all effective.
This 2015 infographic is sponsored by Axonn Media, and it is a very good read. When marketers were asked this question, “Do you have a content marketing strategy?” 36% said yes and it is documented, 51% yes but it is not documented, 11% said no and 2% were unsure.
The most interesting part for us is the effectiveness ratings for social media, Twitter has the most effectiveness with 75%, 61% LinkedIn, 50% YouTube, 37% SlideShare, 29% Facebook, 24% Pinterest and Google Plus 19%

The challenges content marketers face, top of the list is producing engaging content at 51%, 46% of marketers said producing content consistently is the hardest part.
When it comes to UK content marketing social media platform usage LinkedIn comes up with the most at 96%, Twitter 89%, Facebook at 69%, both Google Plus and YouTube with 68%, SlideShare at 36% and Pinterest at 37%.
