For ever thinking that a CGI penguin could provide much love this Christmas would be crazy, but wow the new Christmas John Lewis advert will indeed pull on a few heart strings.

The new John Lewis Christmas advert 2014 video uploaded on YouTube is amazing, and yet again the store has provided more love for the upcoming festive season.

John Lewis are very successful when it comes to releasing its Christmas adverts, and below you can see the John Lewis Christmas Advert line-up from 2010 to the current 2014 video.

Just watching the videos makes you want to go shopping at a John Lewis store, the 2010 video has had 1,401,197 views and features the stunning Ellie Goulding track ‘Your Song’. The second in 2011 titled “John Lewis Christmas Advert 2011,” features Slow Moving Millie track “Please, please, please” and has had 6,528,570 views.

The third video titled, “John Lewis Christmas Advert 2012 – The Journey” has had 4,791,867 views. The fourth is the 2013 John Lewis Christmas advert titled “The Bear & The Hare” and has had 13,298,216. But, our favorite by far is this years “John Lewis Christmas Advert 2014 – #MontyThePenguin”, which so far has had 4,247,866 YouTube views in one day.

The 2014 John Lewis Christmas Advert 2014 is of pure brilliance, it is about the friendship between a little boy and a penguin called ‘Monty’. Watch below for the sad video of Monty’s life with the boy and what Monty get’s for Christmas.
