Mark Zuckerberg celebrates Berlin Wall 25th anniversary

Today is the official anniversary of Germany’s re-unification, and is now known as an official German national holiday. Next month is the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall and to celebrate this Mark Zuckerberg has taken to his Facebook account with a message.

Mark Zucerberg’s Facebook message says, “Today is the anniversary of Germany’s re-unification. Next month is 25 years since the fall of the Berlin Wall. When people are connected, they can bring down walls and lift up nations. Let’s keep working so that one day everyone is connected — and there are no more walls that divide us.’

It is obvious his main word being ‘Connected’ means he wants everyone to be connected on the Internet around the world so they can be on Facebook. All seems to fit in nicely with his Facebook 2015 Internet drones test in U.S plans.

On the 9th of November it will be the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, and many exhibitions and events will be held in memory of that day the wall came down.

Mark Zucerberg’s Facebook post, which was published today has had 134,547 likes, 4,744 shares and 81 comments so far.
