Phones 4 U social media outbursts

Since the unexpected and shocking Phones 4 U collapse, the administration has left both customers and employees rather angry. You have only got to visit Facebook and Twitter to understand the worry this is causing.

550 Phones 4 U stores closed its doors yesterday leaving around 5,696 staff not turning up to work today, in a nutshell it was EE that decided to pull the plug on its agreement to supply contracts and mobile devices to Phones 4 U.

The staff will be getting paid in full until further notice, if you are a customer and made a purchase any orders not yet dispatched will be cancelled and payments refunded to customers will be paid back in full.

Thanks to everyone I met, worked with and served during my 10 months at P4U. Absolute pleasure.’

Will Phones 4U be keeping its Facebook and Twitter accounts? If they are no longer going to be doing business then will they delete the accounts or keep them open for its user base.
