YouTube mediocre response to Google Plus comments

YouTube to some made a vital mistake by incorporating the new Google Plus commenting system a few weeks ago; it was put into place to stop the increasing rise in virus and spam links, as well as the dreaded trolls.

We visit the Creators blog, the YouTube comments team and they explained about the update on YouTube comments, the article said “We’ve worked hard to combat the increase in spammy comments and have made a number of updates, including: Better recognition of bad links and impersonation attempts, Improved ASCII art detection and Changing how long comments are displayed.

YouTube in a nutshell have said they opened new doors for abuse by spammers, but the team has solved many problems relating to spam.

The new commenting system now makes it very hard for other users to impersonate other YouTube members; longer comments will be displayed differently than before, if a user posts a very long comment it will be modified on how it displays.

YouTube not Google have replied to the petition that was put into place to remove the new YouTube Google Plus comments, so far the petition has 216,559 supporters, but we know for sure this will not have any affect in the YouTube comments going back to its original state.

What are your views on the new YouTube Google Plus comments?

Can’t we please stop pretending? You don’t really believe that Google is pushing G+ because of trolls, and neither does anyone else.
