Motorola’s Droid Razr appearing day late on 11.11.11

This Thursday 10th November, was hoped to be the day when Motorola’s new Droid Razr on Verizon was to be officially released into the big wide world, unfortunately this is not the case. From the beginning when rumors started to surface that the company were indeed bringing out a new LTE phone, we’ve given you its specs of which we will refresh you on in one moment, as well as compared it to others and so on.

US carrier Verizon have made it known that the phone will now release a day later than expected, this comes from Brad Molen over at Engadget. In fact along with the day, Verizon have also stipulated a time of 11.11 am. Although its been announced verbally, an official statement is still to filter through.

Of course with all smartphones that eventually come up for release, it’s purely down to personal preference along with what you are prepared to pay. Specs wise, the new Droid Razr will bring with it a 4.3-inch qHD Super Amoled display, running on Verizon’s 4G LTE network, 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, 8 megapixel rear camera with 1080p HD video recording, front-facing camera, 1GB of RAM, 32GB of internal storage, Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread OS, connectivity with WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 and a huge 1800mAh battery.

When we reported back on the Razr on October 18th, the price was stated as $299 on a two-year Verizon contract, any changes to this we will of course let you know.
