Share Steve Jobs life: dedicated memorial film

On October 5th, Apple and the technology world lost “pure genius” Steve Jobs in his fight against pancreatic cancer. Jobs will remain one of our greats with his determination and spirit to devise products that would ultimately change our future.

On October 19th, a huge memorial event was organised to remember and celebrate the late Steve Jobs life. Speeches from new CEO Tim Cook and designer Jonathan Ive were heard, and as Chris Davies at Slashgear reported, others from Jobs beloved Apple. Big celebrity names such as Al Gore, musicians Coldplay and so on also paid their tributes.

The event which took place on the company’s own turf, was seen not just by those attending, but others tuning into the live cast streaming which was put on. Sharing the special occasion “Celebrating Steve,” Apple has made it possible for others to see it via a 70-minute film. Reports have said that using the Safari browser has made it possible to view the film, whilst Chrome’s will not.

Check out another of our posts this morning, in which a 60-minute video can be seen interviewing Steve Jobs, courtesy of CBS.
