5 YouTube recipe videos for Pumpkin seeds

In the build up to Halloween 2011 parents will be frantically running around trying to organize parties, costumes for their children and also carving out a Jack-o’-lantern. However, never one to waste anything, mothers like to put the meat from the pumpkin to good use, as well as those seeds, which we know are filled full of nutrients – don’t tell the kids.

For those who need a helping hand with what do with the pumpkin seeds, we thought we would embed 5 recipe videos. First up is “Betty’s Spiced Toasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe.” The video runs for just under 10 minutes and is an easy step-by-step guide of how to cook the recipe. Remember not to do this without the help of an adult, as it does involve the use of a sharp knife.

The second video is a much simpler one, as it’s just called “How to Cook Pumpkin Seeds.” The video only lasts for 1 minute and 36 seconds, but what else do you need to know, as it couldn’t be easier. These two and other three can be seen below. What will you be doing with your pumpkin seeds this year?
