Samsung Galaxy Nexus For Real

The Samsung Galaxy Nexus is for real people, although some of you may have known the device as “Nexus Prime”. Yesterday turned out to be an action packed day for phones, from the BlackBerry event to Motorola’s Droid RAZR and then something that took the headlines in the shape of an Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone.

Samsung’s event was held in Hong Kong, and first impressions show a Nexus S feel and while looking from the back it reminds you of the Galaxy S II. Galaxy Nexus specs include a super fast 1.2GHz dual-core processor, a 4.65-inch display that sounds pretty big but feels smaller in the flesh, and we love the 1,280 x 720 display, at last.

Rather than us repeat most of the specs you may already know, wouldn’t you rather watch a video with the device in action? You can do this below, with a hands-on video thanks to Engadget that explains the most important features and shows you some of them in action.

Let us know your thoughts on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus now it’s for real, are you disappointed?
