Solutions for Facebook Timeline found in tutorial

Facebook Timeline has been a wonder to us for a while now, as we often do not know which of our stories will appear, but we might have found some solutions as to how this happens in the way of a tutorial. The trouble that we have with this feature is how it will only show half-hidden posts. However, we can tell you that those that do not show up will have a blue dot on the central line.

Thankfully you can view these by just clicking on the dots, you can make this process even quicker just by clicking on three blue dots, which appear below the year. Now some of you will not want your stuff to appear in Timeline, so you will be pleased to know that you can do this just by pressing the pencil icon and then select “Hide from Timeline.”

Mashable also explains how you are able to customize each box that will appear below your cover photo. There are two boxes named “Friends” and “Photos” but these are fixed, however you can fool around with the other boxes.

Now for some, Timeline might look a little chaotic, but just by hiding the sidebar it will help to tidy things up just a little. This is a very simple process, all you need do is click on the arrow that you can see on the bottom right of the Timeline screen.

These are just a few tips to help you get to grips with another of Facebook’s features, but there is still so much that needs to be taught, which Mashable aims to do with you.
