Apple has sent out some invites to a private memorial for Steve Jobs, which will take place this Sunday, Oct. 16. The memorial is expected to attract some of the biggest names in Silicon Valley.
WSJ states that the service will be private and invitation-only, and will be held at Stanford University’s campus. This will not be the only event held in memory of Steve Jobs, and there will be another event held by Apple for employees three days later.
Steve Jobs death came as a shock to millions in the tech world, and fans have been leaving different items at Apple Stores around the world in memory of Jobs who lost his fight against pancreatic cancer on Oct. 5.
