If you’re a fan of RIM BlackBerry smartphones we have news today of a BlackBerry Curve bonanza, with not one but three new variants being made official. The 9350, 9360 and 9370 are now all out of the bag and should please a lot of faithful BlackBerry followers. The new Curve’s will see a release in Canada later this month and on other world carriers in September.

These are the slimmest Curve handsets ever and also include features and specs such as 5-megapixel cameras, 800MHz processors, 2.44-inch HVGA+ displays, GPS and Wi-Fi support, and BlackBerry 7 OS. Mike Lazaridis, RIM co-CEO said, “These new models will build on the incredible success of the BlackBerry Curve line and further expand the largest global launch of BlackBerry smartphones in our history. The new BlackBerry Curve smartphones are absolutely stunning and offer a significant performance upgrade with an unmatched mobile social experience for the millions of feature phone users in the market as well as our existing Curve customers,” according to a BGR report by Zach Epstein.

The 9350 is a variant for CDMA-only, the 9360 supports GSM/UMTS and the 9370 is GSM/CDMA, according to Myriam Joire over on Engadget. These are affordable handsets and also include a 1000mAh battery that should certainly be plentiful for a day’s use. There’s also 512MB of built-in storage or 1GB on the 9370, plus microSD card support. In a further update Engadget informs us that the Sprint price and release for the BlackBerry Curve 9350 has been announced as a very reasonable $80 on September 9.
