FB Scam: This is what Happend to his Ex GirlFriend!

A new week and the Facebook scams are still rolling in like there’s no tomorrow. We recently reported the weekly roundup where several different scams were summarized and now we have another one to tell you about, the title of this scam is “This is what happened to his Ex GirlFriend!” and you can see the what the wall post looks like below.

It carries the message of “Play Video! She could not walk properly for days!” and thanks to Facecrooks who have blurred the image above. This is another of the Facebook survey scams that seem to be growing in numbers and we have seen this one circulating on our own friend’s walls.

It also has an alternative message that says “Play Video! She was hurting for days, and could not walk!” If you have been unfortunate enough to have clicked on this filthy scam then you will have been directed to another page that looks a lot like a video with what they are trying to show as a confirmation of age to go ahead and play the video. You can see what this looks like below.

The page has been designed in a way that it is supposed to look like a Facebook embedded video with a Facebook style button. Again if you click on this button then you will have just posted the grotesque image on your own Facebook wall with a like above it, good luck explaining this one to your mates! The other thing that will happen when you click on it is you will have loaded up the survey scam which is where the crooks wanted to get you too in the first place.

They are trying to get hold of your details by getting you to fill in a survey; of course you should never fill in one of these as you could be turned into a victim. Of course if you have already gone ahead and clicked all the way through it then you will need to know how to get rid of it quickly.

The first thing you will need to do is locate the wall post and then hit the “X” on it and select “Report Post / Spam” from the drop down menu. This will remove it from your Facebook page and remove the like from it. We would now like to point you to our guide to fully get rid of it.

Have you seen this one showing up on your friend’s Facebook walls? Let us know in the comments section below.
