HTC EVO 3D Dock: Order at Best Buy Now – Backordered Already

We’ve been writing about the HTC EVO 3D for some time and recently gave readers a comparison between it and the Samsung Galaxy S2 and also posted a review roundup for the EVO 3D on Sprint. If you’ve already managed to grab your EVO 3D we now have news for you that the HTC EVO 3D dock can now be ordered at Best Buy, although it’s already backordered.

This is a pretty impressive Android handset, which should see big sales and earlier today OSM’s Maddy Rowe asked for initial thoughts on the EVO 3D from those who’ve already made their purchase of it. If you haven’t already got the gen on this smartphone we can give you a brief recap of specs and features. The EVO 3D has a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 4G connectivity, runs on the Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, has 1GB of RAM and a 4.3-inch 3D qHD display. Its unique selling point is dual 5-megapixel 3D cameras with 3D playback and capture of video and photos.

News that the EVO 3D dock is now available to order came to us from Anndrew Vacca over on Android Central, sourced from Best Buy. The Micro USB desktop docking station powers your EVO 3D while also holding it in position for multimedia playback. The price is $49.99 but it looks as though it’s already very popular as it’s backordered with a 1 to 2 week arrival time already.

Meanwhile if you want to take a look at other HTC EVO 3D accessories you may find an article at AndroidOS useful, which shows a good selection and links to purchase. Will you be ordering the docking station for your HTC EVO 3D? Let us know with your comments.
