Droid 3 Best Buy July 14th Release? Waiting For Bionic?

Motorola’s Droid 3 has had everybody talking, but its been difficult to give you, our readers a solid release date. Today’s news may be about to change that, with word that a leaked inventory listing has been spotted.

The document has been seen at big retailer Best Buy courtesy of DroidAttic, in which a possible release date of July 14th has been reported. This comes a little after the date we first gave you of July 7th. As Rue Liu at Slashgear stated, this latest leak follows on from a video tutorial back in May which highlighted the Droid 3’s specs including QWERTY keyboard, 1080p HD support and impressive 8MP camera, which would put the latter in line with some of the big players at the moment such as the Galaxy S2, HTC Sensation and so on.

So what do we know about the Droid 3 and its specs. Firstly suggestion has it that it will include a 4-inch qHd display, NVIDIA Tegra 2 or even the OMAP 4430 dual-core processor from Texas Instruments, QWERTY keyboard with extra fifth row, 8MP camera, Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS, 4G LTE connectivity and so on.
