Sony S1 & S2 Tablet Teaser YouTube Video: Episode 1

YouTube has become a great place for people to not only express themselves like the soldier dancing like Carlton but it’s also become a fantastic place for advertisement. Only recently we saw the success that Nintendo found by having Robin Williams appearing in their new Ocarina of Time 3D video.

Now we have another one to tell you about, it’s a YouTube teaser video from Sony for their S1 and S2 tablet PCs. We learned of it through Engadget’s Vlad Savov who has added an article talking about the video where he says that sadly there isn’t too much information but at the end of the day it’s a teaser and they wouldn’t want to give the full details straight away.

The video sort of reminded us of the old Honda advert with parts of the car triggering each other to move until it gets to the end and reveals the name of the car. This teaser is similar except its set the dark with a light projecting shadows onto the wall; it feels like they are trying to deliver a message in this clip.

When the ball falls into the scales and the other side goes up, it tells us that the tablet PC is lightweight and then it receives the message that was sent right at the start of the clip. It also shows another of the tablets being held up playing a video which demonstrates its multimedia capabilities. It leaves us with a message at the end saying to be continued; this is the first of 5 episodes so look out for the others. As always you can view the video at the bottom of the article.
